Moa Arts is an Indigenous owned and operated Art Centre on Mua Island in Zenadth Kes – the Torres Strait. We are a proud seafaring people with deep connections to the sea, land and the sky. Through our artwork we keep Mualgal traditions alive and growing, keeping our culture safe and strong for everyone.

Shipping policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping Policy – Free standard domestic shipping within Australia only.

Shipment processing time – all orders are processed within two days of receipt of payment and are sent Express Post. When the work is dispatched, you will receive notification and a tracking number for your purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Moa Arts is located in one of the most remote areas of Australia so typically packages will arrive 7-10 days from the time of dispatch. For international orders and delivery, please contact Moa Arts at sales@moaarts.com.au  or call us on +61 7 4069 4993 for a quote on express or international shipping.

Refund policy

If you’re looking for a refund of your order, for whatever reason, no problem!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return the product to us for an exchange with an equivalent product, or we can refund your payment into the original account used to make the purchase.

Return policy

Returned items must have all original documentation and be returned in the original packaging. Returned items must be in their original condition and have no visible signs of wear, use or damage. If you suspect the work has been damaged in transit, that’s different! Send us photos of the damaged packaging prior to opening and again after opening. We will then organise a replacement directly with you. Note that all works sent from Moa Arts are packaged safely and carefully – no work has ever been damaged in transit before.

To initiate a return or exchange please complete the following steps:

  • Send us an email with purchase details and the reason for return or exchange, along with photos of evidence of damage in transit (if applicable).
  • Send the item back to us along with an invoice to cover your shipping cost the returns.
