Refund Policy
It is the policy of Cape York Art that:
If a customer needs a refund on an item, Cape York Art is happy to refund the amount paid for the item.

Please note:
Items purchased will only be refunded within 30 days of a customer receiving the item.
Proof of purchase is required in all circumstances before a refund will be issued.
Cape York Art must receive the item to be refunded before a refund will be issued. To return the item, mail to Po Box 667N North Cairns Qld 4870. (Please note: Items damaged or lost in transit need to be covered by making a claim through the shipping provider).
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. (As we cannot guarantee that the item will NOT get lost in transit, it is recommended that you consider purchasing, a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for items over $75).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, as goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Cape York Art.
Cape York Art reserves the right to reject a refund from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met, or in the case of excessive refunds.
Once your refund has been processed, we will notify you by email.
